Clip on Tie is a Cog attack that is used by Telemarketers, Short Changes, and Flunkies. This is one of the three Cog attacks that uses a tie, the other two being Power Tie and Half Windsor, which are both more powerful than this attack.

Animation

1. The attacking Cog brings out a yellow and purple-striped clip-on necktie.
2. The Cog then throws the tie to its targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits: The Toon will lean backwards once the tie hits him/her.
   • If the attack missed: The Toon jumps to the side to dodge it, then the necktie disappears behind him/her.

Definition

A clip on tie is a tie for people who do not know how to tie a tie. As the name implies, people clip the tie on their shirt.

Trivia

• This is one of the weakest Cog moves.
• This attack cannot be used by any Lawbots, with exception of the Doomsday event where it can be used by every Cog.
• This is one of the first Cog attacks you will encounter, as you see a Flunky outside the Toontorial "Building".
