Clarabelle Cow is a cartoon character created by Walt Disney in 1923. She is an anthropomorphic cow known to be one of Minnie Mouse's best friends.
In the Toontown universe, Clarabelle Cow is an NPC who is involved in a ToonTask during the Toontorial process and is responsible for running her own Cattlelog. From her Cattlelog, Toons can purchase cosmetics, aesthetic wares, upgrades, and other features with jellybeans.
