Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres, commonly known as Acorn Acres or AA, is a neighborhood located on the southeast part of Toontown. It can be accessed via Donald's Dock and connects to Chip 'n Dale's MiniGolf where golf can be played by up to four Toons. There is also a tunnel that leads to an annual event area called the Cartoonival Grounds. Teleport access to the playground is automatically granted to Toons after their first visit.

Unlike all other playgrounds (excluding Goofy Speedway), Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres does not have a Toon Headquarters, a Gag Shop, a Clothing Shop, a Pet Shop, a party gate, or any of its own streets.

An update released on October 3, 2014 introduced a fishing pond for the playground ith Fisherman Nutty being the fisherman. By popular demand, previously removed picnic games from Toontown Online also made a return to the picnic tables.

Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres is a picnic-themed area area with a river, geyser, and a gazebo in the center. Several purple and pink flowers are planted, along with small pine trees and round trees. There are many dirt paths that lead to bridges over the water and to the tunnels. The area also houses a geyser that Toons can step on to be launched into the air and several picnic tables which they can sit on to spawn food. The treasure in the playground is an acorn.

  • In Toontown Online, Chip and Dale used to roam the playground. They no longer appear because Toontown Rewritten wanted to prevent from calling attention to the Disney characters by simply not including them in their playgrounds.[1]
  • Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres is one of two playgrounds, alongside Goofy Speedway, where Toons can teleport instantly without completing any ToonTasks. This makes a good shortcut for beginners to Donald's Dock.
  • Chip n' Dale's Acorn Acres is one of two playgrounds with interactive elements; elements including a geyser which Toons can step on, and picnic tables which Toons can sit on. The other playground is Donald's Dock, with the rideable boat.
  • Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres is similar to Toontown Central as both playgrounds have a gazebo and at least one bridge.
  • September 19, 2014 is when the tunnel leading to the Cartoonival Grounds opened for the first time in celebration of ToonFest 2014, back when the area was previously named "ToonFest Grounds".
    • This tunnel was never accessible in Toontown Online, which led to rumors about what area the tunnel would have possibly led to.
      • There was a statement that originated from the Toontown Online Brazil website in 2009 claiming that the inaccessible tunnel would lead to a new area "where the enemies will not be Cogs". This was the Toontown Brazil team quoting[2] an excited fan who summed up what the upcoming update was going to be, along with their own ideas of what the tunnel could be.[3] This was long after the updates were already released to the Toontown Online US servers.
  • Chip Dale's Acorn Acres is abbreviated as "OZ" in the game's source code. "OZ" may be a reference to "Outdoor Zone", the name referred to the playground before the official name of "Acorn Acres" was introduced in Toontown Online.[4]

E para os curiosos, dizem que na porta oculta do bosque terá uma montanha, onde os inimigos não serão cogs. Quem serão? Não sei, então vamos esperar.

And for the curious, they say that in the hidden door of the forest there will be a mountain, where the enemies will not be cogs. Who will they be? I don't know, so let's wait.
