Not to be confused with the shopkeeper who goes by the name Cat.

Cat is a Toon species.

When a cat speaks, they meow. If a cat uses a word that is not included in the whitelist for SpeedChat+, the word will be censored by "meow" or "mew".

Cats are believed to be the one of the most popular species that many players enjoy playing as. Dogs are also considered to be one of the most popular species.
Cats have the ability to become a Black Cat on Halloween by visiting Flippy in the Toontorial and saying the SpeedChat phrase, "Toontastic!".
There is a group of cats that are called "Warrior Cats", who utilize Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres and Toontown Central for roleplaying. They are based off of a book series by Erin Hunter.
