- When used, the accuracy is only at 5%, meaning it rarely inflicts damage.
- The words in Brain Storm are "Outside the Box", "Push the Envelope", and "Fast-track", which refer to the definition.
- This is one of 3 Cog attacks that uses a storm cloud.
- The other 2 attacks are Liquidate and Freeze Assets.
- The cloud looks very similar to the Storm Cloud gag.
- This attack was used by the Director of Ambush Marketing during Doomsday, but it was a much larger cloud that could hit several Toons at a time on the ground, but however surprisingly took only 10 laff points away from the Toons.
