The Birthday Cake is a gag in Toontown that is thrown. Flippy has been seen throwing a Birthday Cake at the Director of Ambush Marketing.

Trivia
- The birthday cake made its first appearance in Slappy's Hot Air Balloon, located on the plate.
- The second appearance was durring Sir Max's birthday.[1] Flippy replaced all his cream pies with Birthday Cakes for part of his campaign in the Toon Council Presidential Election.
- The third appearance was during the Doomsday event, being thrown byFlippy.
- Before Sir Max's Birthday[1] Party, when someone would say "Piece of cake!" in SpeedChat when meeting Flippy, he'd say "Sorry, only pies here." It's unknown if Flippy would still say it after the Birthday. If so, maybe he had another cake left over from that day but forgot.
