April Toons Week is an annual event that begins on April 1st and ends on April 8th. The first week of April marks the time where Toontown's silly levels rise at grand proportions. The event is based on April Fools' Day, which is celebrated in many countries on the first day of April.

The most common form of silliness that tends to occur during April Toons Week is lack of gravity. However, there is no telling of how silly Toontown may get each year. The list of Silly Surges that have occurred throughout the years have been identified below.
