The Aoogah is the level four Sound gag which targets all Cogs in a battle. Aoogah succeeds the Bugle and precedes the Elephant Trunk.

Animation

The Toon pulls out megaphone with an aoogah sticking out of it.
The Toon takes an exaggerated breath.
The Toon blows into the megaphone.
The aoogah squeezes itself, while the sound is being heard.
The aoogah vanishes, with the megaphone.
The Cog gets stunned for a few seconds and they wipe their sleeves.

Trivia

The Aoogah sound is in quite many cartoons/television shows as sound effects.
The Aoogah sound plays when the Vice President or the Chief Financial Officer gets stunned during their battles.
