Alec Tinn is a cat NPC toon. He is most commonly known for being the host of the Toon Council Presidential Elections, along with moderating and managing the event.

Election Host

Alec was the main exhibitor for the elections and has updated Toons on its progress and events, as well as its candidates, Flippy and Slappy.

Trivia

• Alec Tinn's debut was on Febuary 15, 2014, but was teased by the Toontown Rewritten Team beforehand.
• Alec Tinn was one of the interactive NPCs in the election. Others being Flippy, Slappy and Doctor Surlee.
• Alec Tinn's name is a pun off of "electing", which is fitting since he managed the Toon Council Presidential Elections.
• On Doomsday, Alec Tinn went into hiding by the right side of the Toontown Bank, just by Toon Hall. If you ran into Alec Tinn, he would cringe and say "Don't hurt me! Oh, phew. It's only you."
  • Sir Max revealed part of the inspiration for Alec Tinn and stated: "If there were a mass army of robots storming the area I'm in, I would run away too. Alec being a coward is just a little character development for him. He's loud and proud on the outside, but really he is quite scared on the inside. That part was actually inspired by this scene (The first one of this video) from Pirates of the Caribbean."
• Alec Tinn was being played by staff when he introduced the Toon Council Presidential Elections.
• It is unknown if Alec Tinn will return any time soon, or if any other election will take place, since his name solely revolves around "electing".
  • This could possibly mean that Alec Tinn is a one-time NPC.
  • Despite this, Sir Max has hinted the return of Alec Tinn in various Skype conversations.
  • Alec Tinn did reappear at ToonFest 2014, marking his first apperance since the elections.
