$10 Bill is the level 5 Lure gag that is preceded by Big Magnet and succeeded by Hypno-goggles. A Toon obtains the gag by gaining 2,000 skill points.

The Toon pulls out a pole with a $10 Bill attached and attempts to lure the targeted Cog in battle.
- If the gag hits, the Cog leans forward and attempts to grab the $10 Bill but instead enters a hypnotized state for 4 rounds.
- If the gag misses, the Cog simply does not move forward.

$10 Bill has the same base accuracy as Hypno-goggles.
During the Winter Holiday, $10 Bill changes to resemble a gift with red wrapping.
